How do I create an Eye Capture Film?
It is very easy to create an Eye Capture Film, you can submit an enquiry via our website or send us a whats app or email. We will then arrange a free consultation call and discuss with you who the film is for and what celebration. We will then send you some tailored questions for you to send to your friends and family you would like to include in the film and a deadline for you to send all the footage to us by. You can send all footage via whats app or email and we will work our magic and create your film. Your film will then be sent to your email for approval before the final film is exported.

What if I can not see a package for what I want?
All our packages are tailor made so if you can't find the package you're looking for then don't worry and send us a message on whats app or email. We can always amend or create a unique package just for you, whether it's only photos you want to include or to include particular questions, we will personalise the package for you to make it the perfect gift.

Can my film be sent to someone abroad?
An Eye Capture Film can be sent to anyone with an email, we work fully remotely so you can produce a film from anywhere that can be sent to your friend or family the other side of the world. The beauty of this is that even when miles apart on a special birthday you can still share your love and appreciation for that special person. With all packages you will be receive a digital download of the film so that you can keep it forever, you can also add on a USB with your final film included on (additional costs for postage and packaging may apply) and in some areas you can also add on the screening package which allows you to experience the full cinematic experience of an Eye Capture Film.

How many people can be included in the film?
The number of questions and people included in entirely up to you, we have suggested number of questions to be answered for each package so you need to stick within those guidelines however as all packages are individual additional questions can be added to each package if required for an additional cost. So for instance you can either have one person answering all five questions for a something special package or you can have five different people answer one question each.

Can I make a film for myself?
Yes of course, an Eye Capture Film doesn't have to be for a gift to someone else. You can create your own legacy for you to pass down through generations of your family. We know everyone has a story to tell so would love to be able to capture yours and create your very own unique legacy.
